Yeah, I know it is pretty early to start campaigning.  I am just wanting to get my name out there.  Below is my speech:

I am here to tell you that there can only be one president of the Rebel Penguin Federation. I believe that person is me. Ever since I was a mere pawn in WWIII, the RPF have become something that no other army has ever accomplished. Nearly one of the largest armies to exist in Club Penguin. I am proud to be an RPF soldier. Even through the struggle we are going through lacking through military activity. I believe I am the one whom should be leading the greatest army in Club Penguin. Let me tell you what I have done:

• I helped RPF destroy the Silver Surfers.
• I was a successful Sabretooth Governor when the USRPF was much stronger.
• I created various tactics that helped us tie the largest growing army in a Practice War: the Watex Warriors.
• I was Marine Warlord
• I made the first step to create the Tundra Union (originally named the Omega Union); consisting of the RPF, WW, and BB.
• I was one of the first of five judges to be annointed to serve in the 1st RPF Judicial Branch.
• I wrote the USRPF Constitution, that restablished our government.
• I have served for the RPF for 15 and a half to 16 months total (RPF only; I’ve served in CP armies much longer).

That is just the beginning. Let me tell you what I am planning to do:

1. Decrease Governmental Activity – RPF is both an army and nation; however, politics are keeping us from getting back to our glory days.  I plan to hold more events for the army rather than the nation.
2. Server Deduction – I plan to drop each and every one of our servers except for Tuxedo.  Due to RPF’s size, we are only capable of protecting one server at a time.  This gives us a better advantage for defending from an invasion.  Also, this will prevent having to do numerous governor elections and having to deal with inactive governors.  I will give 11 of our servers (this includes 33% of Tundra) (except Tuxedo) and 14 of the servers we share with ST to be given to the Nacho Empire and to be fully protected by them.  Nachos would gain 25 servers and would also protect and become better allies with ST. 
3. USRPF Changes – Since I plan to make Tuxedo our only server, there will be no governors nor senators.  Each and every soldier in the RPF runs the server.  So, in a way, every RPF soldier is a governor, which means every RPF soldier is in the House of Rep/Senate.  This will make us look more democratic and that every RPF soldier can serve RPF with their full potential.
4. Alliances – I will have RPF remain extremely close allies with Nachos.  In addition, we will make many alliances with smaller armies by help doing “contracts.”  RPF will not just be run as an army, but also as a PMC (Private Military Company).  Basically, each and every RPF soldier is a mercenary and we help any army that needs our services.  In return, we can get information and improve our alliances with other armies.
5. Practice Battles – I plan to have Practice Battles planned once each week.  Each will have its own theme, so that we can be ready for any combat situation.
6. Intelligence Agency – Not only will RPF be an army, government, and PMC, we will also be one, huge spy agency.  Each and every soldier will be not just a soldier, politician, and merc, but also a spy.  More the merrier.
7. Parties – I’ll try to hold events on RPF Chat for fun.  Eeveryone needs a break and some fun.  Hopefully, I can have a party planned once every week.
8. Recruiting – We will recruit many times.  It is very important that we should recruit a lot.  Each and every soldier we get will help us get back to our glory days.  On the join page, I will include an additional question that will ask: “What is the username of the person that recruited you?”  If your name is stated, you will get Battle Points (BP; see below.)
9. Battle Points – RPF shall not go by medals when I am elected.  I will introduce Battle Points (BP).  Any RPF soldier can earn them by doing the following:

• Showing up to an event
• Getting important information
• Completing contracts as a merc to other armies.
• Leadershi
• Excellent use of battle tactics
• Getting recruits
• and more!

Prizes will include:

• Owner for a day/week
• Promotions
• Leader For a Day
• and more!

10.  Ranks – I will change the Rank system back to the old system and I will delete the star system due to its confusion.  When I am elected, there may be some promotions or demotions.

11. I will bring back Stryker Training Acadamy of RPF (STAR) to help train our soldiers to become the best possible.  It is still underconstruction.

12. I plan to invent the Apprentice System (inspired by Furbur).  Every high ranked RPF soldier will have 1 or 2 n00bs to “tutor.”  You teach them everything about CP warfare.  The best way to teach is one on one.  Plus this is an excellent way to make new friends. 

13. Meetings – All meetings will be held on RPF Chat.  All votes will be held on RPF Chat instead of using the poll system so we cannot be hacked and really see what RPF thinks of a situation.

Above is a lot of things I plan to do, if I am elected leader. I can promise you that I may not be able to complete them all, but I can promise you that these ideas will HOPEFULLY get the RPF back to its golden age. I hope you, the RPF/Allied soldier recognize me with potential to lead an army.
